As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling our franchise packages through sales calls, meetings, discovery days, and franchise expos.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential franchisees and excellently deliver presentations about the franchise packages
- Set up meetings with franchisees and mall leasing managers, tenant relations officers etc. for site assistance
- Assist in event planning and execution for discovery days and franchise expos
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports
- Reach or exceed monthly sales target
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects and franchisees
- Conduct ocular visits and market studies in mall locations
- Content creation for company Facebook page
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Preferably 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and has excellent closing skills
- Ability to get the prospective franchisee to take the next step in the process
- Has good work ethic and the ability to manage time and priorities efficiently
- Must enjoy the challenge of exceeding targets and deliver within deadlines
- Fast learner, self-motivated and has a passion for sales
