As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling our franchise packages through sales calls, meetings, discovery days, and franchise expos.

Basic Salary + Commission

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential franchisees and excellently deliver presentations about the franchise packages
  • Set up meetings with franchisees and mall leasing managers, tenant relations officers etc. for site assistance
  • Assist in event planning and execution for discovery days and franchise expos
  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Reach or exceed monthly sales target
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects and franchisees
  • Conduct ocular visits and market studies in mall locations
  • Content creation for company Facebook page

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and has excellent closing skills
  • Ability to get the prospective franchisee to take the next step in the process
  • Has good work ethic and the ability to manage time and priorities efficiently
  • Must enjoy the challenge of exceeding targets and deliver within deadlines
  • Fast learner, self-motivated and has a passion for sales
